Operation Instructions
1, Bending angle adjustment: Open the test machine's door, loosen the motor drive wheel and the connection screw, move the slide slot in the position of the slider, so that the indicator on the swing mechanism to test the required angle, and then the driving wheel and connecting rod screw tightening.
2, Will be tested test pieces of the two-wire short connection (such as the multi-core line is also used in sequence short connection, forming a path), and then clamped on the test fixture.
3, The test piece through the limit lever, and as required to hang the weight of the corresponding weights, the two cores of the specimen are then connected with the alligator clamp on the connecting column of the corresponding work station, the fastening nut of the limit lever is loosened, the height of the lever is adjusted up and down to meet the test requirement, and the tightening nut is tightened and the limit position is fixed.
4, Test the number of settings: Hold down the total counter of the Qing 0 button, press the corresponding buttons up, you will see the LCD screen digital scrolling changes, set the required test times, and then the lid closed.
5, Press the 0 button of the counter of each test station to clear zero again.
6, Turn on the power switch, and then the sample of the group start switch to start, the single stop switch to the whole stop. Press the "Start" button on the control Panel to slowly adjust the speed required for the governor's pointing test. The bending test begins. The test automatically stops when the test reaches the predetermined number of times
7, The machine panel has single stop/stop switch, when the switch is in a single stop state, testing the process of any set of disconnection, the machine to stop working, you can remove the sample after the Start button to continue testing. When the switch is in the full stop state, you need 6 groups of all disconnected to stop working.
